This was a fire restoration job. The furnace had a puff back into the entire home from the basement up. We had to remove all sheetrock, all insulation, furnace, cabinets, bathroom supplies. Remove all nails, flooring. We then had to wipe every single 2X4, and flooring structure with chem sponges. And then sprayed with a Earth friendly chemical to make ready to install new sheetrock, flooring cabinets etc. This was an insurance claim which we could help you with those as well.
